Den danske sangerinde og sangskriver, Alberte Winding, er tilbage med et nyt album. Denne gang i samarbejde med musikeren og ægtefællen Andreas Fuglebæk. Sammen har de skabt en ode til livet, der rummer alt fra det triste og bekymringerne til en fejring af kærligheden og årene, der gør os varmere og klogere. I selskab med Alberte Windings blide vokal, der emmer af en rolig inderlighed, som man bedst kender den, kombineret med tonerne fra Andreas Fuglebæks jazzede univers, er intentionen at tage lytterne hånden og føre dem igennem bekymringerne.
Om albummet siger Alberte Winding: ”Vi har gennemgået en kollektiv nedtur i Danmark og i verden. Vi er stadig underliggende bekymrede og på kanten af stress hele tiden. Albummet handler om at tage os tilbage til en mere uskyldig tid, en tidløs jazzet lyd, der både omfavner angsten for at dø og glæden ved at leve. Denne plade skal kunne rumme vores ked-af-det-hed og vores bekymring, men den skal også pege mod musikken, festen der findes på en cykeltur gennem byen torsdag aften, kærligheden, ungerne og årene, der gør os varmere og klogere. Den skal være en natplade, du sætter på, mens du ser ud ad vinduet og fyldes af lykke og melankoli over at være i live. Tænk, hvor sårbart vores liv er. Brug det grundigt."

The Danish singer and songwriter, Alberte Winding, is back with a new album, this time in collaboration with the musician and her husband, Andreas Fuglebæk. Together, they have created an ode to life that encompasses everything from sadness and worries to a celebration of love and the years that make us warmer and wiser. In the company of Alberte Winding's gentle vocals, which exude a calm fervor as you know it best, combined with the tones from Andreas Fuglebæk's jazzy universe, the intention is to take the listeners by the hand and lead them through their worries.

About the album, Alberte Winding says: "We have gone through a collective downturn in Denmark and in the world. We are still underlyingly worried and on the edge of stress all the time. The album is about taking us back to a more innocent time, a timeless jazzy sound that embraces both the fear of dying and the joy of living. This record must be able to contain our sadness and our concern, but it must also point to the music, the party found on a Thursday night bike ride through the city, the love, the kids, and the years that make us warmer and wiser. It should be a night-time record that you put on while you look out the window and are filled with happiness and melancholy at being alive. Think about how vulnerable our lives are. Use it thoroughly.”
