Nurse was the first major label album released by the band Therapy?, released on 2 November 1992. The album was mainly recorded at Loco Studio in Caerleon, Wales, apart from "Gone" which was recorded in Annamoe, Ireland.
The album marked a departure from the noise Punk style of the two mini-albums, being a more industrial-sounding record. However, instead of going to the studio with a label-approved producer, the band recorded with their trusted sound man to provide a grunge touch.
