The Boy That Got Away is a new, pacesetting band from Aarhus, Denmark, playing uncompromising rock inspired by both 70s' rock and 90s' grunge. Among others, the band has received great praise from the Danish rock legend Tim Christensen who says, 'There is a sound, an attitude, a sovereign melodic sense and, not at least, a lot of energy.'
The Boy That Got Away has performed at several of Denmark's biggest festivals and has also supported RIVAL SONS, among others.
The band is currently recording their debut album, appearing on TARGET GROUP in October 2014 in Denmark.
Their focus is on playing live, breaking through internationally and getting original rock back on the air. The Boy That Got Away - a new sound in Danish rock.
