2. Shipping Costs
When placing your order you can see the amount for P&P shown in the final stages of the Payment transaction.
If you wish so you can also choose to insure the shipment.

1 Vinyl ....... 11.95 €. (no tracking at your risk ) 16,95€ with tracking.
2-6 vinyl .......16,95€ with tracking.
All packets are weighed to insure the right amount of P&P
The site will automatically calculate the right amount P&P for your country shown prior to checking out.
All items are shipped in custom-made vinyl packaging and wrapped in bubble wrap.
The vinyl record in its innersleeve is removed from the cover to prevent the cutting of edges. This doesen't apply to sealed items, we will by request open sealed vinyl and remove the record from the cover.

Your order will be shipped directly to your home address. Larger orders will have to be collected at your local Post Office
You will receive order confirmation by email with info regarding purchase immediately after we have received your order. Please keep the order information if the need should occur to contact info@RecordPusher.
4. Payment options
At present, we accept DK Card, VISA, Mastercard and more.
When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner (Epay), to guarantee secure payments.
This is how it works:
- Choose your credit card type, state your card number and validation date.
- A control is carried out to make sure that your data is correct and that there is money on your account.
- The money is reserved on your account. This means that you have no access to the amount but it has not yet been transferred to RecordPusher.com
- The amount of your purchase is reserved for RecordPusher but will not be drawn from your account until day of shipment
IMPORTANT! To ensure your safety and comfort we use a secure order form, which means that all content of the form is encrypted (coded to unrecognizable characters). No external parties will be able to access the information you have given. Read more under heading 8, Security.
To continue shopping with credit cards, your browser must accept third party cookies. Here's how you should do:

5. Return policy (only vaild inside EU)
You are entitled to return undamaged and unused products to RecordPusher.com. Notifications about this must be done, at the latest, within 14 days after receiving the item (sealed). Send us and email with following information:

a) order number b) invoice number c) title of the product you wish to return.
The returned product must be unused and in an undamaged state in its original package (seals or plastic must be intact). Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). State the cause of the return in the message field below. You will have to pay the return postage.
RecordPusher.com guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact The RecordPusher.com at email@example.com upon receiving the item or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the item.
Customer service will handle your complaint and will send you a return lable. Return the product in the state that it was received together with a damage or error report in the comment field below. The returned product must be in
a largely unused state in its original package. Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). Keep a personal copy as it is also your CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE.
IMPORTANT! You must contact The RecordPusher before you return incorrectly delivered or damaged products to get the return request approved and the return postage paid.
The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated.
6. Non picked up goods
If we receive packages that have not been collected at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you. Settlement of the invoice shall be within 10 days.
7. Retur politik i den fysiske butik.
Du kan altid returnerer og bytte en varer til noget andet (vi giver IKKE! pengene retur) hvis varen er plomberet og 100% intakt. Vi har ingen byttetids frist bare ovenstående er opfyldt kan varen byttes.
