Sonic Nurse is Sonic Youth's 15th album. With Jim O'Rourke continuing his role as the fifth member, the album feels like the logical progression from its predecessor Murray Street, but here they revisit some of Sonic Youth's vintage tunings which makes the quintets dynamic more complex and multi-layered.
