The awaited Springsteen cover finally pops up on this record, as does a cover of labelmate Jonathan Richman's "Roadrunner." The former allows some of the Kihn magic to shine through but the latter is just a straight read with none of the fun of the original. In between are some pleasant songs but nothing really memorable.
