Michael Blicher, Dan Hemmer and legendary drummer Steve Gadd toured Scandinavia in the beginning of 2014 with 16 sold-out shows in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. All shows were recorded and this live-album is a collection of the finest and most hard-swingin´ moments. “I grew up listening to organ bands - I love it.” Gadd states. This album is a unique opportunity to experience one of the world's most innovative and highly regarded drummers unfold his talent, playing a kind of music he is very most passionate about – organtrio souljazz. The album contains original music by Michael Blicher plus Lester Youngs classic “In a little Spanish town” and a soulful ballad by Yusef Lateef who passed away just one month before this recording.
