The ambition is to enrich this genre with some memorable tunes and original lyrics about travelling, loneliness, lost love, and of course the land. In this case, land has a mythological resonance. At the same time, it is rooted in very specific experiences. The music is based on comprehensive travels in the American south and a love for the solitary landscape found there.
